Q. What's the length of the contract?
A. There is no contract, you make a one off payment for the software licence
and use it for as long as you like.
Q: You offer web hosting, is the server in your office?
A. No - the hosting is located in the UK. This is important because the location of the servers affects the results for your site on the searches (Yahoo, Google, MSN etc). A UK based site will be given preference.
Q. What if you retire, die, leave town. How do I get support?
A. The software is fully working and tested. You should not need any support.
If you need changes in the future and we are not around, you would be able
to have the software amended by any reputable web design company.
Q. Why is it so cheap. Comparable systems are 2,000 €+ with a monthly
fee?
A. We expect this system to be widely used and therefore a reasonable price
will ensure that it is.
Q. How quickly can I be up and running.
A. From initial system specification to fully working web site is normally
between one and two weeks.
Q. Can you guarantee a top ranking on Google and Yahoo.
A. No. Neither can anyone else! However the system uses CSS and other techniques
that are 'search engine friendly'.
Q. Do you only design property web sites?
A. No, we specialize in property and have over 30 property customers, but
have designed for other types of business. Dolls House Shop, Pool Tables,
Guest Houses, Hotel, Property Rental, Insurance and Spanish Homes Magazine.
Q. How can I get all my properties onto other sites? Kyero for example.
A: We can provide an 'XML Output' from your database to the specification of Kyero, Property Mark etc. Then the export is an automatic process.
